How do I use my accumulated Fonoma Credit?

At checkout, you'll see how much credit is available. To apply it, enable the "Use Fonoma Credit" toggle before confirming payment — it does not deduct automatically. Can I send multiple recharges to the same number?

Yes, without any issue. You can recharge the same number as many times as you need — balance accumulates on the recipient's phone without problem. Cuba's maximum accumulated balance limit is 500,000 CUP, so restrictions are rarely a concern in practice. Each recharge you send also earns 3% cashback in Fonoma Credit.

What do I do if the recharge doesn't arrive at the recipient's phone?

Most recharges arrive within seconds. If it hasn't appeared after one hour:

  • Verify the number entered is correct, including the country code
  • Check your recharge history in the Fonoma app to see the send status
  • If everything looks correct, contact us via chat and we'll resolve it right away
